Infoxchange is excited to formally launch the 2023 ‘Digital Technology in the not-for-profit sector’ survey.

This survey shows the strengths and weaknesses of the sector in terms of cybersecurity, investment in IT, online communications/marketing, innovation and more. 2022 Survey & Report

This survey provides incredible insight into the state of play of technology in the not-for-profit sector. In 2022, we found that:

  • Only 47 per cent of organisations offered cyber-security awareness training to staff
  • Only 56% of organisations reporting that staff are confident in using technology and the information systems they have implemented
  • Australian not-for-profits spent 30 per cent more on digital technology in 2022 as compared to 2021
