On any given night in Australia, almost 28,000 young people are homeless. Help us break the cycle of youth homelessness by supporting Ask Izzy.

There have now been more than 1 million searches for help on Ask Izzy since it was launched in early 2016 – but we're not celebrating.

With 91 percent of households connecting to the internet through computers, laptops and mobile devices, seeking help for sensitive issues online is becoming more and more common.

As part of our Ask Izzy Help at Hand project, we recently conducted a series of co-design research workshops and interviews with organisations delivering family violence services, as well as survivors of family violence.

Budgets are tight and resources are low, but we’re still always striving to make the biggest impact we can with what’s available to us. Technology can play a crucial part in delivering that impact.

Ask Izzy now has a quick exit button to help increase safety for people at risk or experiencing family violence.

More not-for-profits than ever are moving to the cloud - are you missing out everything the cloud has to offer?

In the last 12 months, food has overtaken housing as Ask Izzy's most in-demand category, with more than 3.5 times the number of people searching for food services than this time last year.

Find out what the latest data is telling us two years on from the launch of Ask Izzy, the mobile website that connects people in need to housing, meals, support and counselling and more.
