AI Not-for-profit Accelerator Series
Across the not-for-profit sector, the conversation around AI has shifted quickly. Many organisations are no longer asking whether they should explore AI, but how to adopt it safely, responsibly and practically.
What we continue to hear from not-for-profit leaders is that one way learning alone is not enough. Organisations need direct, hands-on support to move from ideas and experimentation into real implementation. They need space to work through governance questions, operational challenges, leadership alignment and practical use cases with expert guidance alongside them.
That’s why Infoxchange’s Digital Transformation Hub, in partnership with Microsoft, has created the AI Not-for-Profit Accelerator Series – an intensive two-day workshop designed to help a small cohort of not-for-profits take meaningful steps towards safe and effective AI adoption.
A small-group accelerator designed for action
The AI Not-for-Profit Accelerator Series is designed specifically for not-for-profits (with over 45 staff) looking to build practical AI capability across leadership, governance and operational teams.
Over two days, participants will work directly with experienced facilitators to:
-
Build a board-ready AI roadmap
-
Identify practical AI opportunities relevant to their organisation
-
Develop responsible AI governance foundations
-
Explore safe implementation approaches using the Microsoft ecosystem
-
Strengthen leadership confidence around AI decision-making
-
Create internal alignment between strategy and implementation
-
Leave with practical tools, templates and next steps
Importantly, this workshop is intentionally limited to a small number of organisations to ensure participants receive tailored, hands-on support throughout the program.
Why this workshop is different
Many AI training programs focus on inspiration or broad concepts. This accelerator focuses on implementation so you can leave with practical progress. Participants will actively work on their own organisational challenges during the workshop, with guidance from experts who understand the realities of the not-for-profit sector, including limited resources, governance requirements, privacy concerns, workforce capability and operational pressures.
Bring both leadership and implementation perspectives.
We strongly encourage organisations to send:
-
A decision-maker or senior leader
-
A staff member responsible for implementation or operations
By attending together, organisations can build shared understanding, stronger governance alignment and clearer pathways for action.
Two attendees from the same organisation can participate for just $400.
Who should attend?
This accelerator is designed for not-for-profit organisations with:
-
More than 45 staff
